In addition to the usual great food courtesy of the Andersen clan (thanks
guys!), LAFA was treated to an informative talk about Powered Parachute
flying by LAFA's own Jeff Obermeier.
The December candy drop
was also discussed, and candy was distributed to the pilots who volunteered
to drop candy the at the upcoming Dodge City Christmas party.

Bragassa took Alex Kinghorn's son in law Mike Diez (22 years old) for his
first flight (ever) in an airplane. Most people's first flying
experience these days is in something called Boeing. Mike thoroughly
enjoyed the experience, and even got some "stick time". He is now a
Champ fan and wants to learn to fly.
