The LAFA display at the
Fruit &
Spice Park's annual
Redland Natural Arts Festival is always a favorite stop-over for festival participants and
attendees.
This year we had four
planes on static display: Larry's Raboin's Quicksilver, David Porter's Kolb,
Ron & Claire's Quicksilver, and a prototype design by John Bubel that was
made up of parts from about three other planes (Franken-lite?).
Videos of some of our past
events played while the LAFA members present answered questions on the
ground.
Bob Musgrove (Kolb), Mike
Chin (Rans) and Ron Russell (Challenger) took turns flying over the park for
added effect.
