This is usually our biggest
annual event, but this year Mother Nature wasn't very cooperative. Both
Saturday and Sunday started with the bang of thunder. That was to set
the stage for the rest of the week-end.
Our days consisted of quick
demonstration flights between storms, followed by a rush to tie down the
planes and head for shelter. The usual crowds that arrive for our Air
Fair stayed home to watch TV. We still had fun, but thanks to the
weather, many others missed out.
